Phnom Penh, Cambodia, 1995 | In the early part of 1995 I visited some expatriate friends in the Cambodian capital of Phnom Penh. Part of their social life was to invite local friends on tours and picnics. This guy had just won the Mr Cambodian contest and was with us on a Sunday trip on the Mekong river.
